They estimate that if all the icecaps melt, the sea could rise by 200 feet.  I have the height of marina worked out to the inch...!</description>

		<description>Love it, "Grandad".  And no you are not mad.  The people doing ostrich impressions are, though.  I read somewhere we could see a 3 metre rise in sea levels in the next decade.  I too live on the side of a hill in Wicklow (not quite as high up as yourself), and nobody would get me down to sea-level again, unless they gave me a house for free!</description>
