There are lots of judges who will happily spare ten years inquiring into questions surrounding the clearance of the bank accounts, such as whether Grandad spent the money on fish and chips on alternate Fridays and whether he had 300,000 in his case when he went on holiday.
There will, of course, be no question of any prosecutions.
