In fact, wanted for just about everything

except friendship and romance.

No. Definitely not friendship or romance.

Finger on the pulse, as ever, Grandad.

I feel a resignation coming on!

  4. Laurie CANADAon 07 Nov 2007 at 2:43 pm

    Oh my heaven….who is that????

  5. Grandad IRELANDon 07 Nov 2007 at 2:56 pm

Laurie – That, believe it or not, is our illustrious Minister for Health. Yes – H E A L T H.

Apart from being obese herself, she and her health system are directly responsible for several deaths, and are now re-diagnosing women as having cancer, having given them the all clear a while back. She has done f*ck all for the health system except make empty promises, cause disruption, spend a fortune [billions] and last but not least, bore us to death with her monotonous drone of a voice.

Steph – You must be joking? Resignation? Some poor scapegoat, way down the line will be sacked. That’s all.

Don – Right on the button. [Incidentally, your comments keep ending up in my spam bin. What have you been at?]

    OFTRoad – You’ll have a wait. If you survive….

  15. Nonny IRELANDon 08 Nov 2007 at 9:57 am

Just kill the bitch, did you see her in the Dail yesterday, pathetically answering questions and could not even look her opponent in the eye. If she really believed what she is doing is right she’d be firing back with confidence and gusto. I do think they should centralise specialist cancer units but get a move on and take some responsibility for mess you are making in the process.

Incidentally my mother thinks she is only a scapegoat for Fianna Fail and was set up, tis most interesting theory.

  16. Grandad IRELANDon 08 Nov 2007 at 11:16 am

Nonny – She makes me forget my pacifist leanings. I would cheerfully dance on her grave [if I could climb that high]

Donmacnamara – You are still being listed as Spam. I nearly deleted you again!! ;)

…. and there she goes in all her majestic splendour and glory… the great magnificent stern .. symbolic of her realm..
-It was the voice of Richard Burton doing the voiceover for the launch of QU E 2 .
He was pissed and not even near the TV but the BBC had prevailed on him to do it.
The difficulty which ensued was as a consequence of the fact that as he spoke those imortal words the camrera was focused on HRH’s royal arse.- to show the magnificent carriage one presumes-This image recurs to me each time I see Harney waddle in to the dail.
Does she get 2 seats – I mean look at the size of Seamus Brennan or Brendan Howlin.
    - Grandad,
the spamming order must have been invoked at your end- Im delighted that your not gagging me .

Wait till you get a bit older and more desperate. You look at that and think, “Well, at least she’s a non-smoker.”

  19. Grandad IRELANDon 13 Nov 2007 at 9:37 am

Nobody could be that desperate! Now, if she took up smoking a pipe………..
