Woke up this morning.
Looked at the clock.
Ten to ten.
Time enough for a wee extra doze.
Woke up a bit later.

Got up.
Looked at my watch.
Two in the afternoon.

I’m not complaining. At least the power was back so I could have my cuppa!

Wonder what people used to do for power cuts in the old days… I wonder did they cunningly drape a piece of cloth over their eyes or at the winda…
